"COME CLOSER"

'Come Closer' is a call to experience, feel, see, and experience contemporary art up close as an empathetic invitation. Not so much by holding a magnifying glass for the works of 23 international, mostly young, artists to analyze them soberly and professionally, but to get really close and experience them. Certainly in these times, getting closer is no longer so obvious. The speed with which we think we are communicating and concluding, the superficial worn-out depth, the neglect of our senses, makes the essence and our reflection on it, not always evident, let alone relevant.

Come closer. As a cordial invitation to all of us to experience what art today is concerned with, how art relates to people, the artist, to other art.

'Come Closer' attempts to substantiate and strengthen interaction between the public, art and artist, like immersion in a warm bath.
